During a remodel, found some mold and Anthony and team came the same day and finished up the cleanup the next day. Super efficient and easy to work with them. Would recommend Harper Special Services to anyone who needs help w mold etc.

Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

The team at Harper Special Services did a great job for us. Our project manager worked with us from day one and was available to provide updates and answer questions. Our master shower had to be replaced and they did an outstanding job with the tile work and repairs that needed to be done. The guys who worked on the shower were highly skilled and it really shows in the completed work.

The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. They were very professional through the water mitigation to reconstruction. They were quick to respond to dry the water damage and do the estimate for repair. The Project Manager, Kaely, was very helpful throughout the project.

We can never say “Thank You” enough to Jason Harper and Harper Special Services! When we got the call that our house had flooded, Harper Special Services was called, they showed up immediately and began working. They were awesome and explained everything to us that they were doing and what had to be done. We met Scott Stallings, the Mitigation Manager first. Scott is very professional and was very reassuring that everything was going to be alright. Scott and his crew came in and began working very hard and steady to clear up the water. Scott stayed in constant contact with us regarding the moving of the process and what we should expect next. Then, we met Justin Hooton, the Project Manager, who led us through the rebuild of our house. Justin also stayed in constant contact with us as to each step that was to be taken to repair our house. He answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. Going through the flooding of a home is such a traumatic experience, but Scott Stallings and Justin Hooton really helped us to go through this time with much understanding and compassion. Hopefully, you will never need their services, but if you do, call Harper Special Services, they are definitely the best!

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M.
