We are only through the beginning of the process, but so far we could not have asked for a better team to work with us on our house after our fire. HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. We highly recommend HHS for the above as well as being a comprehensive company that covers all aspects of restoration, especially with insurance. Thanks again everyone!

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. The team at Harper Special Services did a great job for us. Our project manager worked with us from day one and was available to provide updates and answer questions. Our master shower had to be replaced and they did an outstanding job with the tile work and repairs that needed to be done. The guys who worked on the shower were highly skilled and it really shows in the completed work.

The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.

I'm very impressed with Harper Special Services! They assisted us in mold remediation and reconstruction after two major leaks. Chuck guided us through mold and air quality testing and remediation, and then Brian on the renovation/reconstruction team managed repairing all the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, everything looked as good as new. I am so glad we hired them and recommend them highly.

I had a roof leak to the interior of my home, and HSS went above and beyond my expectations! They responded very quickly, were extremely professional, and are apparently perfectionist ;), as you can’t tell a single thing ever happened! My home is just as beautiful as before! Anthony List/Lead Mitigation Technician and his team were the best at drying things up and preventing mold. Then, Brian Musgrave/Project manager and his team were the best at restoring my house to its beautiful prior condition!! They even worked directly with insurance, so I had zero stress!
