Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!
