Absolutely outstanding experience with HSS. Our Project Manager, Brian Musgrave, was incredible. He was proactive, responsive, and on top of every detail. The final result exceeded expectations, and we’re already planning future work with Brian and HSS. If I could leave six stars, I would!

Water damage and mold remediation: I could not be more impressed and pleased with the service I received from Harper. Response was professional and immediate, follow-through was excellent, and all work was to a high standard. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in dealing with contractors. Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

During a remodel, found some mold and Anthony and team came the same day and finished up the cleanup the next day. Super efficient and easy to work with them. Would recommend Harper Special Services to anyone who needs help w mold etc.

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. We had an emergency clean up job at our business. Made the call to HSS and we had a team show up within an hour. They were extremely professional, explaining in detail what they would be doing while on site. Everything was resolved quickly without an interruption to business activities. Highly recommend.
