Harper’s Water mitigation team was out here the day of our water damage incident. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were prompt and did an excellent job with the clean up & drying out the house!

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.

When we got the call that our house had flooded, Harper Special Services was called, they showed up immediately and began working. They were awesome and explained everything to us that they were doing and what had to be done. We met Scott Stallings, the Mitigation Manager first. Scott is very professional and was very reassuring that everything was going to be alright. Scott and his crew came in and began working very hard and steady to clear up the water. Scott stayed in constant contact with us regarding the moving of the process and what we should expect next. Then, we met Justin Hooton, the Project Manager, who led us through the rebuild of our house. Justin also stayed in constant contact with us as to each step that was to be taken to repair our house. He answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. Going through the flooding of a home is such a traumatic experience, but Scott Stallings and Justin Hooton really helped us to go through this time with much understanding and compassion. Hopefully, you will never need their services, but if you do, call Harper Special Services, they are definitely the best!
