After a devastating house fire, we hired Harper Special Services (HSS) to rebuild our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. I had a roof leak to the interior of my home, and HSS went above and beyond my expectations! They responded very quickly, were extremely professional, and are apparently perfectionist ;), as you can’t tell a single thing ever happened! My home is just as beautiful as before! Anthony List/Lead Mitigation Technician and his team were the best at drying things up and preventing mold. Then, Brian Musgrave/Project manager and his team were the best at restoring my house to its beautiful prior condition!! They even worked directly with insurance, so I had zero stress!

After our house flood, HSS made a stressful situation so much easier. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed repairs faster than we expected.
They also handled working with our insurance company seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Communication was clear the entire time, and we always knew what to expect.

Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!

Incredible customer service and communication so far! We are only through the beginning of the process, but so far we could not have asked for a better team to work with us on our house after our fire. The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.
