Over the next week, Max, William, Jeremy, Dylan, Ethan, and Evan came out daily to pull up flooring and dry out our home. They were professional, respectful, and worked hard every single day. Chuck, the manager, kept in touch with me throughout the entire process so I always knew what to expect. I highly recommend Harper Specialist Services. HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024. Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week.
