Brian and his crew are AWESOME! Had a water leak from an upstairs neighbor and we decide to do a remodel too. From start to finish, Brian was calling or stopping by everyday to check on the progress and addressing any issues or question we had. The work turned out better than expected. After a devastating house fire, we hired Harper Special Services (HSS) to rebuild our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. We used Harper’s Special Services for a water damage claim. They were very professional during the entire process. I recommend them to anyone with an insurance claim. In fact, I recommend them for any home renovations. Their contractors were detailed and they did not leave any mess or debris behind. They completed the job on time. This company has an efficient system for completing all repairs. Kaely was our project manager and she did a wonderful job explaining the process. I work with contractors daily and this was by far the best company I have worked with.

I had a roof leak to the interior of my home, and HSS went above and beyond my expectations! They responded very quickly, were extremely professional, and are apparently perfectionist ;), as you can’t tell a single thing ever happened! My home is just as beautiful as before! Anthony List/Lead Mitigation Technician and his team were the best at drying things up and preventing mold. Then, Brian Musgrave/Project manager and his team were the best at restoring my house to its beautiful prior condition!! They even worked directly with insurance, so I had zero stress!

I'm very impressed with Harper Special Services! They assisted us in mold remediation and reconstruction after two major leaks. Chuck guided us through mold and air quality testing and remediation, and then Brian on the renovation/reconstruction team managed repairing all the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, everything looked as good as new. I am so glad we hired them and recommend them highly.
