In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. The process was quite stressful, but we couldn’t have imagined how much more so it would have been without Harper Special Services. Our project manager, Kaely, was fantastic. She was both professional and personable, which made the entire process so smooth. She was always attentive, available, and treated our home with the utmost care. Harper’s Water mitigation team was out here the day of our water damage incident. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were prompt and did an excellent job with the clean up & drying out the house!

James came out NEXT DAY and was SUPER helpful and polite. Assisted me quickly. No pressure, and identified the issue and scope of work immediately. Ultra professional. That's not always a given in Savannah. Don't hesitate.

Anthony and Jeremy were great. They were very thorough, making sure they removed all the water damaged flooring, etc. They provided explanations about each step of the process. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.
