Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. After our house flood, HSS made a stressful situation so much easier. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed repairs faster than we expected. They also handled working with our insurance company seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Communication was clear the entire time, and we always knew what to expect. The best of the best!! I had a roof leak to the interior of my home, and HSS went above and beyond my expectations! They responded very quickly, were extremely professional, and are apparently perfectionist ;), as you can’t tell a single thing ever happened! My home is just as beautiful as before! Anthony List/Lead Mitigation Technician and his team were the best at drying things up and preventing mold. Then, Brian Musgrave/Project manager and his team were the best at restoring my house to its beautiful prior condition!! They even worked directly with insurance, so I had zero stress!

In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. The process was quite stressful, but we couldn’t have imagined how much more so it would have been without Harper Special Services. Our project manager, Kaely, was fantastic. Absolutely outstanding experience with HSS. Our Project Manager, Brian Musgrave, was incredible. He was proactive, responsive, and on top of every detail. The final result exceeded expectations, and we’re already planning future work with Brian and HSS. If I could leave six stars, I would!
