Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

After a devastating house fire, we hired Harper Special Services (HSS) to rebuild our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. Jason and Justin were especially great to work with, always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right.

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.
Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

Anthony and Jeremy were great. They were very thorough, making sure they removed all the water damaged flooring, etc. They provided explanations about each step of the process. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.
