Grace stop by our office this morning and gave a wonderful presentation at State Farm in Pooler We highly recommend her service at HSS.

My second floor washing machine accidentally overflowed. Water leaked through the floor, poured down and caused damage to the ceilings/walls below and also caused damage to floor/rugs surrounding the laundry room. My insurance company assigned HSS for the water mitigation. From the first contact with Scott (HSS), I knew I was in good hands. Scott sent out a team to assess the damage, do necessary demo and set up equipment to mitigate the water damage. His team came back for 3 days to assess the drying status. Luis, Anthony and Max (& others) were always on time, professional, courteous and just kind. Having your ceiling pour water is stressful. The HSS team not only mitigated the water damage but they mitigated my stress level. A week later the washing machine (24 years old) leaked again causing similar damage. I called Scott frantically and within 1 hour he had a team to my home; making sure I got emergency services I needed. I fully trust HSS to do the restoration of my home.

I had a roof leak to the interior of my home, and HSS went above and beyond my expectations! They responded very quickly, were extremely professional, and are apparently perfectionist ;), as you can’t tell a single thing ever happened! My home is just as beautiful as before! Anthony List/Lead Mitigation Technician and his team were the best at drying things up and preventing mold. Then, Brian Musgrave/Project manager and his team were the best at restoring my house to its beautiful prior condition!! They even worked directly with insurance, so I had zero stress!

Brian & Eddie & crew did an amazing job repairing our fence that was blown down by hurricane Helene & further damaged by the ice & snow in December. It is absolutely beautiful! Well done !!

We had a wonderful experience with Harper Special Services. Kaely and her team did an incredible job on our condo and were extremely helpful, communicative and professional along the way. They finished the work well within the timeline proposed and went the extra mile for us at every turn. Will certainly be working with them again in the future and can't recommend them enough!

In fact, I recommend them for any home renovations. Their contractors were detailed and they did not leave any mess or debris behind. They completed the job on time. This company has an efficient system for completing all repairs. Kaely was our project manager and she did a wonderful job explaining the process. The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job.
