They were very professional through the water mitigation to reconstruction. They were quick to respond to dry the water damage and do the estimate for repair. The Project Manager, Kaely, was very helpful throughout the project.

Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. Harper completed a water mitigation job for us after a roof leak. They were consistently on time with all appointments, kind, pleasant, and quite competent in their work. They were time-efficient but thorough, and they were very considerate, going so far as to temporarily relocate a rug so that it covered a hose for safety. They left the area clean and tidy after removing their equipment, in preparation for repairs to be made. Thanks for the great service!
