Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.
Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

Harper special services did a fantastic job. They came out right away after water heater in the attic busted. His guys were very professional, the removed insulation an installed fans and dehumidifier same afternoon. They explained what the process would Require, came back every day to monitor progress. Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. James came out NEXT DAY and was SUPER helpful and polite. Assisted me quickly. No pressure, and identified the issue and scope of work immediately. Ultra professional. That's not always a given in Savannah. Don't hesitate.
