HSS (Harper Special Services) have exceptional employees. Anthony List and Jeremy Athex came on the initial visit ( which was the same day that they were contacted). They were called because of a refrigerator leak. Both men were very careful with removing the refrigerator and the boards. They seem to take pride in their jobs. Chuck Ferrell came the next day to survey the area that was damaged. He had a very pleasant demeanor. Scott Stallings came on the third day to make sure that the affected area had completely dried. It had, so he removed the equipment. He was also very pleasant. Each of them were very respectful to us and our property. If you want professionalism, efficiency, integrity, and honesty, HSS would be the company to call!

As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. Coordinating with multiple insurance companies, homeowners, tenants, and our management team could have been challenging, but they kept everyone informed and made the entire process seamless. We can never say “Thank You” enough to Jason Harper and Harper Special Services! When we got the call that our house had flooded, Harper Special Services was called, they showed up immediately and began working. They were awesome and explained everything to us that they were doing and what had to be done. We met Scott Stallings, the Mitigation Manager first. Scott is very professional and was very reassuring that everything was going to be alright. Scott and his crew came in and began working very hard and steady to clear up the water. Scott stayed in constant contact with us regarding the moving of the process and what we should expect next. Then, we met Justin Hooton, the Project Manager, who led us through the rebuild of our house. Justin also stayed in constant contact with us as to each step that was to be taken to repair our house. He answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. Going through the flooding of a home is such a traumatic experience, but Scott Stallings and Justin Hooton really helped us to go through this time with much understanding and compassion. Hopefully, you will never need their services, but if you do, call Harper Special Services, they are definitely the best!

Harper special services did a fantastic job. They came out right away after water heater in the attic busted. His guys were very professional, the removed insulation an installed fans and dehumidifier same afternoon. They explained what the process would Require, came back every day to monitor progress.
