Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. Brian and his crew are AWESOME! Had a water leak from an upstairs neighbor and we decide to do a remodel too. From start to finish, Brian was calling or stopping by everyday to check on the progress and addressing any issues or question we had. The work turned out better than expected. Harper completed a water mitigation job for us after a roof leak. They were consistently on time with all appointments, kind, pleasant, and quite competent in their work. They were time-efficient but thorough, and they were very considerate, going so far as to temporarily relocate a rug so that it covered a hose for safety. They left the area clean and tidy after removing their equipment, in preparation for repairs to be made. Thanks for the great service!
